3 Months Later, a Reflection
Introduction
My first post on Danksharding went live exactly 3 months ago, on December 10th. Ever since, I’ve dove deeper into rabbit-holes than ever before, discovering fascinating concepts and stories about blockchain. This has been a 3 month crash-course, both in content and medium. Now seems a good moment to reflect.
No write-up from me this week, but instead a giveaway and some housekeeping announcements, and also a sincere thank you to my subscribers for your support so far. Read along if interested, or stay tuned for my write-up on rollups next week.

My Sincere Thanks
To start, a sincere thank you to every single person who’s subscribed to my list. You may disregard the impact you’ve had by simply dropping your email, but you have kept me going. Each and every one of you. For every person who’s opened my write-ups, thank you. You’ve shown me that I should continue.
I did not understand the challenge of a newsletter when I first started, and likely still don’t. What I do know is that everyone reading this has given me a reason to write again, and that is a truly incredible gift. I hold my work to a high standard because each of you deserve no less.
I spend about 20 hours per write-up, sometimes more, but the knowledge that my posts are helping others is the motivation I need to continue. So again, thank you.
3 Months Later
Looking back, I’m glad of some changes I’ve made to the newsletter along the way. It was suggested by a subscriber that I stop using stock photos, which lead to the delightful activity of creating memes for every write-up. Posting summaries of the write-ups on Reddit’s has ensured the accuracy of the content - or else.
Beyond learning, this newsletter has enabled me to start writing with Origins and Unchained, both organizations by teams I hold in high regard. You may see my name in other places from time to time, and your support will always be appreciated.
A New Pace
Moving forward, my write-ups will come every other week. I think I can focus on keeping consistent either the quality or the schedule, and the quality feels far more important. There’s also not an infinite amount of topics, so cutting the count will allow me to cover the most exciting ones.
This newsletter is free and always will be, and I hope it continues to be a source of useful information you’ll refer to.
